1. What's exclusive about Exclusivitees?

    Glad you asked! Our products feature original graphics based on our affirmational concepts; you won’t see these designs anywhere else!  Also, we only sell our products through our website and we only sell small quantities.  We rotate our products frequently to keep our offering fresh and exciting!  Check out About Us for our story, our icon Elle and our values.


  2. What’s your return and exchange policy?

    Your satisfaction is our top priority! For this reason, we are happy to exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is unworn and in new condition. To start the exchange process, please Contact Us. Because we donate to a non-profit with every shirt sale, we are unable to accommodate returns. 


  3. When will my item ship?

    Orders generally ship within 2-3 days of order date.  If we experience heavier sales volume, it could be 3-5 days.  A current estimate of shipping time will be included with all sales receipts issued with each completed order.


  4. Where do you ship?

    Currently, we exclusively ship to addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).


  5. How do you select your non-profit partners?

    We look for non-profits that primarily serve girls and/or women.  We also accept partner recommendations from members of our loyalty program, The Inner Circle.  Learn more about The Inner Circle here.
